Caring for a medically fragile child can be incredibly challenging and stressful. Our family struggled for years to find a reliable pediatric home health care agency for our nephew. Despite admirable mission statements and values, there was a breakdown in the way they operated - there were communication issues, lack of transparency from the office, and many clinicians who simply didn't care.
We started Connect Pediatrics to change the industry one family at a time.
The goal was simple – to provide each family with the same level of service that we would want for our own family. We understand that each patient comes with their own specific needs and focus on more than simply providing a caregiver to patients.

Clinical Training

You meet caregivers and give the go-ahead before we move forward with placing them in your home.

You will have a dedicated recruiter to help find clinicians that will support your family’s needs.
Service Contact
Your Client Service Supervisor is your direct point of contact for all non-clinical coordination of care including everything from scheduling and recruiting nurses, to making sure that your child has a special birthday.
Clinical Contact
You will be assigned a Clinical Supervisor who is your direct point of contact for all clinical concerns and works directly with your child’s physicians, hospital case managers, therapists, and field nurses to provide comprehensive care.

24/7 on call service
We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
